2015 Week 2 @ BUF

Recommended Posts

You missed one D-Lo. 2004 was the first time tickets and gameday was arranged through the UKPatriots.

For over 10 11 years now, the organisation has offered tickets to its first official fan club

2004 - Sun 25 Oct (during the renowned Yankees ALDS) vs Jets W 13-7

2005 - Sun 20 Nov 1:00pm - Saints W 24-17

2006 - Sun 26 Nov 4:15pm - Bears W 17-13

2007 - Sun 25 Nov 8:15pm - Eagles W 31-28

2008 - Sun 26 Oct 1:00pm - Rams W 23-16

2009 - Sun 13 Dec 1:00pm - Panthers W 20-10

2010 - Sun 31 Oct 4:15pm - Vikings W 28-18

2011 - Mon 21 Nov 8:30pm - Chiefs W 34-3

2012 - Sun 16 Sep 1:00pm - Cardinals L 18-20

2013 - Sun 8 Dec 1:00pm - Browns W 27-26

2014 - Sun 23 Nov 1:00pm - Lions W 34-9

Wow, that makes me realise I've not been on an UK Patriots road trip since 2007, which was my 3rd trip which I can hardly believe was 8 years ago!

This is because I tend to do my own trips to watch games in cities I've not been to before, including for many non-patriots games. I've now seen games in 22 different stadia (yes I do count them!), and have 3 more new ones planned this year. Therefore, I won't make a trip to Foxboro this year but as part of my 4-game trip over 2 weekends, I am planning to do the game in Buffalo in Week 2. I've never seen the Bills play and never been to Buffalo and so that will be a first, and one of 3 new places for me this year.

I never imagined that first year in 2004, that the road trips would still be going on 11 years later!

If you're in Buffalo for week 2, we should meet up, there are a few of us a couple of hours North, hoping to head down for the game! (Work pending for me!)

You're not missing much in Buffalo!

I'm impressed. 2004 (road game at Arizona) was also my first. But whilst I've been to 18 games (16 Pats games - 13-3, 8-0 at Gillette), I've only been to 10 stadia so far.

I was thinking of flying into Toronto on the Saturday, but probably staying in Buffalo on Sat and Sun night, and then flying down to Indy for Monday night game the following day. Would definitely be good to meet up.

I've only seen 9 Pats games, 7-2 in those games. Defeats were OT defeat to Jets at Foxboro in 2008 I think, and 2 years ago in Carolina. I've seen 26 non Pats games, although that includes a number at Wembley. Planning to do Green Bay this year too, one of the places I've never been to, but really want to.

Other places I want to go to, but haven't made yet are SF new stadium and Cowboys stadium. I've also twice done 2 games in a day, which is always fun.

Niagara Falls isn't too far from Buffalo either, definitely worth a visit if you've not been before.

Just allow plenty of time if you intend to cross the border as you'd have to do so twice and could get delayed (probably more so at the US side)

It may have changed, but I once tried to get on a US bound train on the Canadian side of Niagara. I wasn't allowed on as I hadn't pre-cleared border control and had to catch a cab to the border, cross on foot and get on the train in the US!

Danny Paul and myself are planning to make the day-trip from Toronto (& the surrounding area) - so if you are going to be in Toronto it may be worth coordinating travel and game tickets.

If the roadtrip game is the Jags, there might be a few more making it into a double-header

Looks like it might be a second non-Brady pats/bills game for me - 2008 was a good result, but freezing cold and very windy.

I did get to see what I believe is Matt cassel's one and only nfl punt.

Anybody interested in attending this game?

I can't make it now with work, I was due to attend with Paul (DG31) and Chris (chelseafan71). Seats are around the 10 yard line, I believe on the Patriots sideline. Section 314, row 23.

See a seating chart here to check out the view:

Let me know if you're interested.
