I'm staying near Oxford Circus. Will probably pop into a couple of Soho pubs - Old Coffee House, Brewdog - before the usual meetup at the Anglesea.

I'm assuming you actually meant The Allsop Arms at 137-143 Gloucester Place, Marylebone. NW1 5AL

Hello all,

So Super Bowl week is here and this time next week we will either be celebrating a 6th or all feeling a little sorry for ourselves!

Just wanted to check what time you guys will be gathering at the SB&G.  My train gets into Marylebone just after 10pm so I was going to just go straight to the venue as hopefully you will have started assembling by then.  I am on the first train out at 6.05am, so I will be looking for a cafe or something nearby by that is open 24hrs so I can loiter while I wait for my train.  Any suggestions welcome...

See you on Sunday,

Neil (not Glasgow or Niel but the other one!)

Hi Neil

I should be at the venue by 10pm. I imagine a few of the others may also be there by then, or round the corner at The Allsop Arms.

Thanks Mark,

I will just head into SB&G on arrival - if they let me in the back door from the station I won't even need to venture outside!  Plus if I am first it will be a cheap first round ;)

Cheers,

Neil.

You wont be getting in via the back door on Superbowl night Neil. But yeah, first there will be the cheapest round of the night.

Cheers Mark for a fab evening, early morning.  It was great to catch-up with folks old and new just a shame the D couldn't get it done...

I wonder if we will get the full story of Butlergate - can't not think if he would have been on the field we would have witnessed a different outcome.

Again, thanks so much Mark for a fantastically organised and run night. It was my first UK Patriots event and certainly won't be the last.

Will take a while for that one to sink in. Just didn't make enough plays. See y'all next year.

Thanks Mark for organising the event again. It was great to catch up with some old faces and also meet some new ones.

Thank you to everyone who attended last nights event (wasn't quite the party we hoped for). I hope everyone enjoyed their evening if not the final result.

It was really good to meet up with some old friends once again and to welcome some new people along. I hope to see some of you at other events that may get arranged in the future. Particular thanks to those who made some serious journeys to there, those of you way up north, the other side of the wall and of Markus coming all the way from Switzerland.

So we're on to "2018 Season"  now, lets hope we manage to pick up some defensive talent either in free agency or the draft.

Congratulations to all those that got lucky with the squares game (still haven't been able to win my own game yet)
